First I make the design in a special program on a laptop. Through this program I send it to my cutting machine. This cuts the characters exactly around the contour.

When this is ready I will pick up my image from the printer. The images are printed by a professional printer, which guarantees the best quality. First I cut out the image and then I stick it on the glass plate or Plexiglas plate with the help of a special foil.

Then I stick the characters on a glass plate or Plexiglas plate. This has to be very precise, so that everything is right. When I have done this I remove all the circles from, for example, the 'o' and the 'e' with a very sharp needle. 

When the product is ready, I will pack it. First I polish the plate with a cloth. Then I wrap it with bubble wrap. If everything is well protected I put it in a letterbox box. I put a few extras in the box. Finally I take it to the post office.
